Our PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT program is about just that…growing people. It’s about applying the concepts of identifying roles and responsibilities, assessing skills, setting goals, creating win/win agreements, establishing performance measurements, and holding people accountable. OWNERSHIP—THE NEW PARADIGM

An equally popular sales-related program focuses on helping sales professionals generate the majority of their business from referrals and self-originated sources. Our OWNERSHIP—THE NEW PARADIGM program helps sales professionals take “ownership” of their business – literally. And the result? They have the potential to generate upwards of 80 to 90 percent of their business through their own personal prospecting efforts.

PEOPLE 101

Created for young adults (senior in high school to senior in college), our PEOPLE 101 program introduces young minds to knowledge and skills few will encounter in the classroom – tools they’ll carry with them the rest of their lives. Topics such as behavioral styles, character ethic, telephone etiquette, empathy, communication, caring, manners, work ethic, time/life management, and listening are just a few that are addressed.

PRIVATE COACHING

Our one-on-one private coaching program is available on a first-come-first-serve basis for both personal and professional growth. Opportunities for improvement are clearly defined. Goals are established from the beginning and outcomes measured. A safe learning environment is created whereby one can move beyond his/her comfort zone. Critical feedback is received in key areas, such as communications, change management, interpersonal relationships, leadership skills, and technical abilities. A safe learning environment is created for taking risks. A friendly ear encourages the open and honest sharing of setbacks and successes.
